Personally, I think Aruba feels safer than Turks and Caicos. I feel safer walking alone in Aruba than I do in Turks and Caicos. I should also note that my kids have been offered drugs (literally teenagers) EVERY single time we have been on Grand Turk.

I personally enjoy Aruba much more than Turks and Caicos. I find the locals to be welcoming and friendly. I feel safe and never feel taken advantage of or “hustled”. The view is incredible everywhere you go on the island.
I love the diversity of Aruba. With one side being a wild and untamed desert with rocky cliffs and wild waves, and the other having powdery white beaches and gentle lapping waves.
Both Aruba and Turks and Caicos offer incredible Caribbean experiences, with stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and plenty of outdoor activities.
However, they also have their unique features and differences that can make one a better fit for your vacation than the other.
Ultimately, the choice between the two destinations will depend on your preferences and travel style. Whether you’re looking for a bustling vacation with plenty of activities or a secluded getaway with a more relaxed vibe, both Aruba and Turks and Caicos have something to offer.
