Terms and Conditions for Group Travel with Flannels or FlipFlops

Welcome to Flannels or FlipFlops! These Terms and Conditions outline important details for participants in our group tours. By booking and participating in one of our group tours, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully and contact us with any questions.

1. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
• Final payment must be made by the stated deadline. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in your reservation and deposit forfeiture.
• Payments can be made via the methods listed during the booking process.

2. Pricing

• Unless otherwise noted, all prices are listed per person based on single occupancy.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or other unforeseen factors but will be guaranteed to stay the same once the deposit is paid.

3. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must include “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage.
• Proof of insurance must be provided by the stated deadline. Flannels or FlipFlops is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
• You can buy inexpensive insurance here.

4. Inclusions and Exclusions

Your tour package includes only the items listed under “What’s Included” in the itinerary. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to:

• Flights.
• Meals not specified.
• Personal expenses, souvenirs, and optional activities.
• Gratuities.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you must cancel, written notification is required. Refund eligibility for payments beyond the deposit will depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
• Flannels or FlipFlops reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet minimum group numbers. In such cases, refunds will be issued for all payments, excluding non-refundable deposits, which will be retained as a credit for future travel.

6. Changes to the Itinerary

• Flannels or FlipFlops reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, accommodations, or other arrangements as necessary.
• Efforts will be made to maintain the quality and nature of the tour, but as we plan over a year in advance, some slight changes may need to be made.

7. Responsibility and Liability

• Flannels or FlipFlops is an independent agent and is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses incurred due to acts of nature, strikes, accidents, or any other causes beyond our control.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certifications.
• Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the travel date.

8. Behavior and Expectations

• Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all local laws and customs.
• Flannels or FlipFlops reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without a refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

9. Photography and Media

• By participating in the tour, you consent to Flannels or FlipFlops using photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, you must notify us in writing before the trip begins.

10. Health and Fitness

• Participants should be in good health and able to meet the physical demands of the itinerary.
• Any health concerns or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
