5. Shenandoah Valley, Virginia
It’s time to explore the Shenandoah Valley and its’ picturesque backdrop of the Blue Ridge mountains.
Did you know the Shenandoah Valley ranks as the 5th largest wine producer in the US? As a Virginia native and a wine lover, I can attest to the fine wines you can find here in the Shenandoah Valley. Think reds, whites, and customized blends. Some of the east coast award-winning wines come straight from the Shenandoah Valley.
Over the years the Shenandoah Valley has become a worldwide favorite destination. People come to the Shenandoah Valley to experience the gorgeous views of the vineyards, the mountains, and the variety of wines offered on the east coast.
6. Asheville, North Carolina
Wine Nots provides that the Biltmore Winery in Asheville, North Carolina is the “only place in the world where every type of grape is grown.”
